Refund policy

Returns of parts are accepted within 15 days of purchase for non special order items that are unopened, unused and uninstalled. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact Reese Tuning at sales@reesetuning.com to receive an RMA number and instructions for shipping your return. Allow 10-15 business days once return merchandise is received to receive a refund to your original payment method. There are no returns or refunds given on any tuning, digital files and/or e tunes. If a tune(in person on the dyno or e tune) is purchased on the website and you are no longer able to have the car tuned you will be issued a store credit. Terms apply. There are no refunds given on purchased OTS maps under any circumstances.
